TaggingHelper 0.21

コメント欄で指摘いただいた、タグの選択時などにIEで「このページから移動します。よろしいですか？」などとダイアログが表示されてしまう問題に対応しました。

カッとなって全部spanで置き換えちゃったけど、MT本体はaタグでダイアログ出さずにやっているので、どう実現しているのか見てから真似したほうが良かった。今は反省している。
